REGISTRATION-ACCOMMODATION

*** For daily registrations the facility use price is 1.000 TL + VAT.

• Members of the association who have a debt payable will pay the same registration fee with the experts who are not members of the association.
• The registration is obligatory for all the audiences and presenters,accompanying people and company representatives.
• The registration fee includes congress bag and congress book, participation certificate, badge, transfer between hotel and airport and lunch in congress hotel for participants who will not accommodate in congress hotel.
• 18% VAT will be added to the fee above.
• The registration will confirm when the payment receipt will be sent to info@turkrad2022.org or to Serenas Tourism via fax.
• Serenas has right to rate (re-rate) fees regarding the taxes and duties that might be increased.

• All reservation cancellations must be notified in writing to Serenas Tourism.
• If notified until July 1, 2022, registration fee will be fully refunded.
• If notified between July 1 – August 1 2022, 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
• After August 1, 2022 registration fee will not be reimbursed.

Accommodation is all-inclusive and prices include5 nights (Check-in: 1.11.2022 – Check-out: 6.11.2022).
• •8% VAT will be added to the fee above.
• Participants who do not arrange their accommodation via Serenas Torusim will pay daily external participation fee 1.000 TL + VAT addition to the congress registration fee. Participants who do not accommodate congress hotel must pay registration fee with the external participation fee in order to enter the congress center. For participants who do not accommodate congress hotel, external participation fee includes lunch and coffee breaks between 08:30-18:00.
• For the accommodation process; accommodation arrangements will be valid after you send your requests to info@turkrad2022.org info@turkrad2022.org following that approving the budget sent to you and sending the bank receipt showing that necessary payments are made to the bank accounts mentioned below to Serenas Tourism via fax (+90 312 441 45 63) or e-mail. Applications made only by a bank receipt and requests not confirmed for budget will not be accepted and added in the waiting list.
